Adam Rosenfield

 Adam has over fourteen years of experience working in real estate. His career began in 2004 when he went to work for one of the most active commercial investment sales firms in the New York market. While at Massey Knakal Realty Services Adam worked as a senior sales associate and was on a team that serviced the Downtown Brooklyn market. In his three years at MKRS Adam was on a team that averaged two hundred million dollars worth of commercial property sales annually. Adam’s responsibilities varied and included: market research, valuating properties, preparing marketing packages, client reporting and executing the sale of properties. Taking his three years of experience in New York, Adam moved to Florida and adapted quickly to the market. In 2012, Adam founded ARE Solutions property tax consulting services lowering real estate taxes for property owners. His responsibilities include: filing appeals throughout Florida and in other select states, preparing and submitting evidence, general market research, attending and presenting evidence at hearings, and bringing in new business and maintaining a large client base. To date, ARE Solutions has facilitated over $350M in assessment reductions.
